Welcome to More Motion. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to More Motion Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, operating the website at https://moremotionuk.com (the "Website"). More Motion operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.
These Terms of Service and Sale ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services, including placing orders and purchasing products. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Website. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account
1.1  By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
1.2  To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
1.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 — Our Products
2.1  We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in the store. However, colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and configuration. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
2.2  We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be identical to how they are depicted in the store.
2.3  All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Orders
3.1  When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. More Motion reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until you receive a written confirmation email from us. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
3.2  Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
3.3  In the event that we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of ordering, and refund any sums already paid.
3.4  You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Limited Drops
4.1  Some Products are released through limited, time-sensitive drops. These may sell out quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed. Placing an order during a drop does not guarantee fulfilment — your order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
4.2  We reserve the right to limit the number of units any single customer may purchase during a drop, and to cancel or restrict orders at our sole discretion if we believe they exceed reasonable personal purchasing limits or are intended for resale.

Section 5 — Prices and Billing
5.1  Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
5.2  If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply your Products, we will adjust the rate accordingly, unless you have already paid in full before the change takes effect.
5.3  You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all orders. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and payment details, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
5.4  You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
6.1  We ship to the UK and internationally worldwide. We will provide estimated delivery timeframes where possible and will make every reasonable effort to meet them. However, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.2  We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, import delays, or periods of high demand.
6.3  Once we transfer your Products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays or failures by third-party delivery providers after dispatch.
6.4  For deliveries outside of mainland UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are beyond our control and are entirely your responsibility. By ordering for international delivery, you confirm that you are the importer of record and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

Section 7 — Items Lost by Delivery Providers
7.1  Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the delivery provider. More Motion is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the delivery provider after dispatch.
7.2  If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact the delivery provider directly using your tracking information. You may also contact us via our contact page at moremotionuk.com and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee resolution of issues caused by third-party delivery providers.

Section 8 — No Returns or Exchanges
8.1  All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All return requests will be declined.
8.2  We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, please contact us via our contact page at moremotionuk.com.
8.3  This policy applies to all Products, including items purchased during limited drops and sale events.
8.4  Notwithstanding the above, this policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 where a product is faulty, misdescribed, or does not conform to contract. In such cases, please contact us via our contact page and we will address your concern in accordance with our legal obligations.

Section 9 — Faulty or Incorrect Products
9.1  If you believe a Product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly via our contact page at moremotionuk.com. We will review your query and, where satisfied that a Product is faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Section 10 — Prohibition on Commercial Resale
10.1  Our Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing from us, you agree not to purchase, use, market, or distribute our Products for commercial resale or other commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10.2  We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order we believe, in our sole discretion, is intended for commercial resale. Individuals or entities found to be engaging in unauthorised commercial resale may face order cancellations and/or legal action. This includes seeking the removal of unauthorised listings on any platform or website that displays, sells, or promotes our Products without permission.

11.1  Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product designs, video, and audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by More Motion, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

11.3  More Motion's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of More Motion or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 12 — Third-Party Links and Tools
12.1  The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. If you access third-party sites from our Services, you do so at your own risk. Complaints or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
12.2  We may provide access to optional third-party tools over which we have no control. Such tools are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

Section 13 — Relationship with Shopify
13.1  More Motion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with More Motion. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and More Motion. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with More Motion.

14.1  If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content to us, you grant More Motion a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in any medium for any purpose, including to operate, enhance, improve, and promote the Services.

20.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall More Motion, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any Products procured through the Services.
